Where Corporate Strategy Meets A Financially Literate & Business Savvy Workforce
Ownership Culture Coaching is a Certified Great Game of Business® Coaching company. We help you weave a multifaceted approach to design your own ownership culture as you implement the principles and practices that drive a financially literate and business savvy workforce.
With an ownership culture that
supports a business savvy and financially
literate workforce - all those are possible.
Companies adapt the principles of The Great Game of Business® singularly, or along side other operating systems they may have in play (EOS, Scaling Up, Rockefeller Habits, Agile etc.)
The Great Game of Business is a management system that balances education, engagement, and outcomes so your workforce can make the financial, process, and cultural decisions necessary to build your own ownership culture.
I have been a practitioner, and a coach.
My partners and I implemented The Great Game of Business® at our companies, and experienced first hand the positive impact on both our culture and the bottom line.
One company, a residential construction company, was able to successfully navigate the 2008 housing bubble, due to a strong ownership culture and a nimble workforce.
Another company, a systems integrator, earned recognition on Inc. Magazine's list of the fastest growing private companies in the US
from 1994-1998.
